What are some causes of organisational change?
Changes occur for many reasons and can have major impacts on the heart of an organisation - its people.

These include:
• Substantial cuts in funding
• Policy and procedural changes
• Dramatic increase in services
• Restructuring

Why are only 30% of change programs successful?
Most of us have some understanding of the change process and know what leaders should be doing to maximise the benifits of any change. However, the reality is that most change processes occur at a functional level, where leaders respond by reviewing technical or structural opportunities.
While this is not necessarily the reason for lack of success. It is more often due to poor planning, change management and the leadership ability to mobilise the people who can make a difference.
The proactive view of change centres around utilising everyone's skills to anticipate, create and plan different ways to provide services and to create new services that are required.Organisations need everyone in the team to contribute to the organisational goals.
Every leader wants to "get it right" when leading and managing change.

The Leaders Coach will help you to achieve this.
