This seminar will provide an opportunity for leaders to invest in their own learning, challenge their thinking and practice, work with current leadership capability models and frameworks and grow their organisation. The program will include:
•Evaluating, measuring and stretching leadership capabilities
•Identifying areas for leadership capability development that assist in creating and sustaining organisational systems
•Improving capabilities for planning and accountability
•Determining goals and actions to achieve success
